1 Acceptance The Use Of Tee Glimmer Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of Tee Glimmer is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2. Terms of Membership

The Service is for personal use only. There is no fee for becoming a member and using the website to create a project. Members pay when placing an order via the shopping cart/checkout.

Tee Glimmer membership (“Membership”) is available to you if you are at least 18 years of age and submit certain requested information to Tee Glimmer, including your name and correct email address. When you become a Member, you must provide Tee Glimmer with true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when such information is requested by the Service (whether by questionnaires, surveys, registration forms, or other informational requests).

3. Payment

You may pay for your order by Paypal or credit/debit card.

4. Placing orders

Once an order is placed it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please note: actual product colours may vary from colour shown on your monitor. Colour can be verified by ordering a sample from our site. If you have any questions, please contact us

5. Returns/Refunds/Replacements

6. Delivery of goods

Delivery is by courier to anywhere worldwide. For delivery in New Zealand you can expect to receive your order within 2 – 5 business days this can be up to 7 business days depending on your location and courier service times. For delivery in Australia you can expect to receive your order within 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location and postal service times. For delivery Europe and America you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 days.

7. Change of Use

Tee Glimmer reserves the right to:
7.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Tee Glimmer shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
7.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

8. Member Conduct

Users of the Service, whether or not Members, may not use the Service to Process Prohibited Content. Generally, Prohibited Content includes Content or other material that Tee Glimmer believes:

10.1 The storage on this website is not a backup service. It is your responsibility to backup your data and photos. Tee Glimmer will not be liable for any loss of data and photos.
10.2 Tee Glimmer reserves the right to restrict individual account storage to a reasonable level. This level is entirely at the discretion of Tee Glimmer.
10.3 The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
